Selin YARIMOÄžLU
After graduating from Yeditepe University Faculty of Architecture in 2003, GüneÅŸ completed the ITU facade systems expertise certificate program. She continued her facade career, which started with Sinerji Ä°nÅŸaat in 2004, by joining Aksoy Aluminum in 2008. She was responsible of high-quality boutique projects such as airports, hotels, shopping malls in many countries, especially in Kuwait, Russia, Georgia and Armenia. Undertook the project management, in Turkey Adana Sheraton hotel, Nova Reklam, Bomonti Extensa, Divan hotel, Emaar Square, And Pastel design offices of large-scale brand projects such as timely managed. As of 2019, she worked as the overseas design manager at Tuna Yapı and undertook the façade design coordination of the Greenwich Design District project in UK.
Merve AKINCI
After graduating from ITU Faculty of Architecture in 2012, Akıncı completed the ITU facade design and technology master's program. She jumped into Facade sector in 2012 at Insu Precast ,made the facade precast designs of famous buildings such as Merit Royal, Elite World Europe Hotel and Quasar. In 2015 joined Aksoy Aluminum, she took part in the field offices full-time in facade design, manufacturing and application stages of large-scale facade projects such as Emaar and And Pastel. In 2018, she carried out the facade design and coordination of the Belgian Manhattan office project with Nasakoma. As of 2019, she worked as the assistant design manager for overseas projects at Tuna Yapı and undertook the facade design coordination in the Greenwich Design District project in UK.

Akıncı and YarımoÄŸlu, paths crossed on façade since 2015, they established MASG Facade in 2020 in order to contribute more to the façade sector with their national and international experiences and professional visions, and moved their togetherness to a new platform. MASG Facade Systems Architecture and consultancy LLC, in the inseparable integrity of functionality and visuality, which is the greatest requirement of architecture, without ignoring the expectations of a sustainable and ecological life, by making use of the efficiency of technology that is rapidly developing every day, in national and international projects, the design of all kinds of facade systems and from the smallest detail to the greatest reality, is a consultancy and project design company established to manage the process in the most accurate way and to provide a service above expectations to the project stakeholders and the user.
